Excellance modular bodies are built to last, utilizing specially-designed extruded aluminum framework (no glue or tape) and .125" thick aluminum plate welded together to form a very strong but lightweight modular body. We accomplish this without the use of exposed seams, cracks, spot-welding, glue, or tape that are commonly found with lower-priced and mass-produced ambulances. The result is a seamless, aerodynamic structure that is considered to be the safest and most durable body in our industry. We are so sure of this extra durability that we provide a 25-year structural warranty on the body and the all-aluminum welded interior cabinet structure that is renewed each time Excellance remounts the modular body.
