Excellance modular bodies are engineered to minimize the number of holes where dissimilar metals may be exposed to each other. When each module body is fabricated, all required holes for lights, fittings, door handles, etc. are cut or drilled in the body panels prior to priming and painting. Mechanical and chemical barriers are used when we for install the drip rails, door hinges, door handles, warning lights, etc. to minimize any potential for electrolysis and corrosion.
